I, hereby agree to grant the right to Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) and for the purpose of studying the claim, the right of inquiry from Najm Insurance Services Company , the other competent authority or any company licensed/approved by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and in accordance with approved work practices and rules related to information exchange, about any information pertinent to this accident or any previous accidents whether related to the vehicle or its driver. Further, I, agree to grant the insurance company the right of furnish such information and claims related to me to government authorities or other companies duly licensed by SAMA.
